Applicants for admission, who attended other colleges or universities, are responsible for submitting their official transcripts from each institution directly to the admission office.
OTC will consider credit from institutions accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, in addition to accepting all credit from regionally accredited institutions.

Evaluation Status:
Today we are evaluating transcripts received between September 27, 2024 – October 1, 2024.
Please refer to your email confirmation for the date we received your transcript
and its status.
We process transcripts chronologically by date received. Once credit has been evaluated it may be viewed in myOTC on the Degree Audit and in the unofficial transcript. During the months of June – August each year, we do not evaluate transfer credit for non-degree seeking, visiting students. Those transcripts will be evaluated in September after the fall semester has begun.
