2024-2025 A+ Scholarship Exception Request

If you wish to receive A+ Scholarship funding, one of the requirements is to enroll and attend full-time. Full-time is considered 12 or more credit hours for fall and spring semesters and 6 credit hours for the summer semester. If you believe you meet one of the following exceptions to the A+ full-time enrollment rule, please complete and submit this form for consideration. The Financial Aid office will review and verify your request.

I plan to graduate at the end of the semester and have applied for graduation with the Registrar's office.
I am enrolled in all of the available hours applicable to my program of study for the given term.
I am enrolled in all available prerequisite courses for my chosen Health Sciences program.

Consequences of dropping classes:

I understand that if approved to take a reduced course load, I must complete the number of credit hours in which I enrolled. After the tuition and fees refund period, dropping a class will result in losing A+ for my next semester of enrollment. *
