The Financial Aid office is currently offering several types of appointments for students. You will be asked which type of appointment you would like upon scheduling:
Zoom Appointments:
This convenient appointment option allows you to connect with us from your home or any other location with internet access. You and an OTC representative will see and speak to each other through Zoom video conferencing. A smartphone or computer with a webcam and microphone are required. If you are using a smartphone, the Zoom Cloud Meetings app must be downloaded prior to your appointment.
Phone Appointments:
This convenient appointment option allows you to connect with us via telephone. An OTC representative will call you at the phone number you provide.
Springfield On-Campus:
This appointment will be held on the Springfield Campus. You are required to wear a mask at all times inside OTC building.
We are always available to answer questions sent by email to financialaid@otc.edu. Please be sure to send your email from your OTC student account. OTC is unable to provide account specific information to anyone emailing from a personal email account.
