2024-2025 FAFSA for OTC semesters: fall 2024, spring 2025, summer 2025
FAFSA becomes available for submission: December 30, 2024
Annual deadline to submit a 2024-25 FAFSA (and received at FAFSA’s processing center either online or by mail): June 30, 2025
Note: OTC must receive the student’s 2024-2025 before they cease attendance for the 2024-25 academic year. This date may be sooner than June 30, 2025.

Access Missouri Program
April 1, 2024: 2024-2025 FAFSA deadline for priority consideration. A 2024-2025 FAFSA must be submitted before this date
If a FAFSA is submitted between April 1 and June 30, 2024, the student may still be considered for state-based financial aid, but receipt is not guaranteed.
OTC Financial Aid Office Important Dates
Early Action Dates:
Know what you will receive in financial aid before the semester begins.
Fall 2024 semester: July 15, 2024
Spring 2025 semester: November 1, 2024
Summer 2025 semester: April 1, 2025
Direct Student Loan Dates:
Students must complete all required listed in their MyOTC portal, have completed loan Entrance Counseling, signed a Master Promissory Note, and have confirmed attendance in enough credit hours to receive a loan on the dates shown below:
Fall 2024: December 1, 2024
Spring 2025: May 1, 2025
Summer 2025: July 15, 2025
Satisfactory Academic Appeal Dates:
Students must submit complete all steps of the SAP appeal by the dates shown below:
Fall 2024 November 18, 2024
Spring 2025 May 1, 2025
Summer 2025 July 14, 2025
