First-Time International Students
A first-time international student is a student who has not attended a U.S. college or university or has completed fewer than 12 credit hours in a U.S. college or university.
Transferring International Students
A transferring international student is a student who is currently attending a U.S. college or university and has completed 12 credit hours or more.
Part-Time/Visiting International Students
A part-time/visiting international student is a student who is currently attending a U.S. college or university and would like to also enroll in 6 or fewer credit hours at OTC.
Other Non-Immigrant Visa Applicants
A non-immigrant visa application is a student who is here on a non-immigrant U.S. visa that is not an F1 or M1 visa.
