Students must submit a request each semester they need our office to certify enrollment to the VA. Please ONLY submit your request after you have registered for classes. We begin certifying for a particular term 45 days prior to the start date. Please work with your College Navigator to make sure your courses are required for your program of study. If there is a question about your class enrollment, we will contact you via OTC Student Email.
Summer 2025 (June – July)
Fall 2025 (August – December)
Spring 2026 (January – May)
*If you need a retroactive certification for a past semester, please submit your Certificate of Eligibility(COE) and contact Veterans@otc.edu.
