It is the policy of the Office of Equity and Compliance to comply with OTC Policies and all non-discrimination legislation. The college considers discrimination in all its forms to be a serious offense and will not be tolerated. Our team of trained faculty and staff is here to receive, respond and resolve all concerns of discrimination or harassment that affect the OTC academic community.
The team investigates reported misconduct and other equity concerns, supports the parties involved, implements measures to maximize campus safety and promotes everyone’s ability to participate in an environment free from discrimination or harassment.
OTC is committed to providing equal opportunities for all persons and does not discriminate or retaliate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, citizenship or legal immigration status, veteran status or any other status protected by federal, state and local laws (“protected status”). This extends to admissions, employment, services and educational programs and activities that the college operates (collectively “programs and activities”).
