The college considers discrimination in all its forms to be a serious offense and will not be tolerated. Our team of trained faculty and staff is here to receive, respond and resolve all concerns of discrimination or harassment that affect the OTC academic community.
The team investigates reported misconduct and other equity concerns, supports the parties involved, implements measures to maximize campus safety and promotes everyone’s ability to participate in an environment free from discrimination or harassment.
