In order to properly evaluate credits from a non-regionally accredited institution we require students provide supporting documentation in addition to the official transcript. Students should easily be able to obtain documentation from the institution attended. Once collected, please contact the Transcript Evaluator, firstname.lastname@example.org, for further direction including contact information of the appropriate dean.
- Cover letter or email including the desired degree program and a list of courses being requested for evaluation
- Copy of the course syllabus from the semester the course was taken for each course the student wishes to have evaluated
- Course description from the semester the course was taken
- Faculty credentials for the faculty member who taught the course
- Official transcript
Once this information is received, it will be reviewed by OTC faculty members to determine equivalency and transferability. If you would like to further discuss the evaluation outcome contact the Transcript Evaluator at email@example.com for a referral to the appropriate dean or faculty member.
