You may make a request by choosing one of the following:
myOTC: Login to myOTC and choose Enrollment Verifications to submit your request.
National Student Clearinghouse: Click on Order-Track-Verify and choose Enrollment Verification. The National Student Clearinghouse will charge a fee for your request(s). Degree Verification cost is $9.95, Verification of Dates of Attendance cost is $9.95 and Verification of Current Enrollment cost is $2.50.
