A “reverse transfer” is an educational opportunity for eligible students to transfer certain coursework from the four-year institution the student is currently attending back to OTC to complete requirements for an associate’s degree, certificate or utilizing the Core 42 option. The Missouri Reverse Transfer
The process of allowing college students or former college students who have completed credits for an associate degree to receive that degree even if they have transferred to a different college or university, or stopped out of higher education altogether.

Are you eligible?
Eligibility
You must have earned a minimum of 15 credit hours at OTC to be eligible for a reverse transfer degree. Students are not eligible for the program if they currently possess an associate degree or higher.
How does OTC receive my transcript?
Transcripts
The four-year institution you currently attend will work with you and help send transcripts to OTC in order to facilitate the reverse transfer process.
