Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) is in the business of providing Allied Health , Career and Technical Education and General Education programs that are responsive to the needs of the community. Your employment of OTC students and graduates is critical to our success. Please reference our Employer Guidelines and consider taking advantage of the numerous opportunities and services we offer.
Job openings can be listed in the Employer area on Handshake in partnership with Career Services. This listing is a free online database for employers and students. A list of all openings is maintained for students to review. This includes part-time and full-time positions. Many students are seeking part-time positions with flexible hours. Our graduates are seeking full-time positions that offer opportunities to apply the skills they have mastered.
Employers are encouraged and invited to contact Career Services staff to inquire about recruitment opportunities.
You can arrange a tour of the OTC campus or tour a specific career program. Career program tours provide the opportunity to visit the classrooms and laboratories to see what kind of training our students receive. You can also meet the instructors and offer suggestions on the employability skills that you want our graduates to obtain. For more information, contact the Director of Career Services.
Your current employees may enroll in credit or non-credit classes. In addition, OTC’s Center for Workforce Development works with businesses in assessing needs, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs for each specific need.
Other actions you can take to help cultivate your future workforce include providing tools or materials to help with training. Review the college catalog to gain knowledge of the different career programs and subjects that teach the skills you are looking for. You may want to volunteer to serve on advisory committees that are available in every career program.
Consider a tax-deductible donation to the OTC Foundation. We use these funds primarily for scholarships.
