Career Employment Services (CES) works with local business and industry to encourage strong partnerships that benefit our community with a skilled workforce. We offer a number of services to employers who need assistance in seeking qualified applicants for company openings including, but not limited to, the following opportunities:
List Job Openings
- The ability to list company job openings through our free online job board and resume database located at www.collegecentral.com/otc. Our user-friendly system allows you to post and manage your job openings as needed and provides you the option of searching through student and alumni resumes representing a variety of allied health and technical education programs.
Campus Recruitment Events
You may wish to directly meet with impending graduates or part-time job applicants by setting up information tables or conducting interviews on our campus.
Co-op/intern students can contribute to your workforce and have the opportunity to make practical application of the knowledge and skills they have obtained at OTC. Many may go on to become permanent employees.
Career program tours provide the opportunity to visit the classrooms and laboratories to see what kind of training our students are receiving, meet the instructors, and offer suggestions on the employability skills that you want our graduates to obtain.
