Burrell Adult Addiction Services- Branson

In southwest Missouri, the Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (CSTAR-Model) at Burrell provides individualized care to meet the needs of each client. Our team addresses substance use and co-occurring disorders as needed. Each client is assessed on an individual basis and assigned to the level of support right for them. Level I clients may require residential support if the home environment is not conducive to recovery. CSTAR Services are offered to both youth and adults starting at age 12.
