Career Services works with local business and industry to encourage strong partnerships that benefit our community with a skilled workforce.  We offer a number of services to employers who need assistance in seeking qualified applicants for company openings including, but not limited to, the following opportunities:

The ability to list company job openings through our free online job board.

List Job Openings

  • Employers and recruiters have the ability to list company job openings through our free online job board located at joinhandshake.com/employers/.  Our user-friendly system allows you to post and manage your job openings as needed to reach student and alumni that are currently studying, or have graduated from, a variety of allied health and technical education programs offered at OTC.

Participation in campus recruitment events and activities on OTC’s campuses and education centers.

Campus Recruitment Events

You may wish to directly meet with impending graduates or part-time job applicants. Employers are encouraged and invited to contact Career Services staff to inquire about recruitment opportunities.
