The mission of the Dean of Students Office is to create a holistically supportive learning environment that encourages personal and professional growth, responsible citizenship and character development.

We connect students with appropriate college and community support resources to facilitate resolution of student concerns and non-academic grievances. We provide leadership and support for Counseling Services and Ozarks Tech’s Student Care and Behavioral Intervention Teams to ensure that our students have access to the resources they need to succeed.

The Dean of Students serves as Ozarks Tech’s primary student conduct officer and addresses violations of Ozarks Tech’s Standards of Student Conduct.
