ABOUT
SOTA is related to the Missouri Occupational Therapy Association (MOTA).
This group is made up of students at Ozarks Tech that are currently enrolled in the OTA program.
Objectives of this group are:
- Promote and maintain high standards of integrity, honor, and character
- Raise awareness of the OT profession within the community
- Encourage responsibility, accountability and efficiency in leadership
- Promote fellowship among members
- Encourage participation in local, state and national organizations
- Encourage community service through the organization
Being an active member allows students to interact with OT’s in the area. This networking helps with future job opportunities and connections.

HOW TO JOIN
All Ozarks Tech OTA students are members of this group. If students want a leadership role, positions are available.
MEETINGS
We encourage members to attend SWMOTA as well as MOTA.
