Phi Theta Kappa is the official honor society for two-year colleges. We host service and fellowship events and support the CC Smart (Community College Smart) campaign. For more information, visit the full Phi Theta Kappa web page. 

HOW TO JOIN

To be eligible, students must:

  • Complete 12 credit hours at Ozarks Tech if you are seeking a degree or 6 credit hours if you are seeking a certificate
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 upon joining and retain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Membership Perks:

  • Looks great on your transcript
  • $90 million in scholarships are available to only Phi Theta Kappa members
Officers are selected every year through an interview process. Officers perks include:
  • Phi Theta Kappa Heartland Regional Conventions
  • PTK International Catalyst
  • Option to become a regional or international officer

Meetings occur the first Monday of every month.
