ABOUT

Leadership Excellence Starts Here
The Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) is a distinguished program that prepares college students to become future leaders of the United States Army. With a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1916, Army ROTC is committed to developing well-rounded individuals who excel in academics, physical fitness, and leadership.

Our Mission
Army ROTC’s mission is to commission the future officer leadership of the U.S. Army, providing students with a pathway to career opportunities in the Army National Guard, the U.S. Army Reserves, and active duty. We achieve this by providing a robust curriculum that combines classroom instruction with hands-on training, fostering the development of critical skills such as decision-making, teamwork, and strategic thinking.

What We Offer

  • Leadership Development: Cadets receive extensive training in leadership principles and practices, preparing them to handle complex situations and lead with confidence.
  • Scholarships: We offer a variety of scholarships that cover tuition, fees, and provide a stipend for books and living expenses, helping cadets focus on their studies and training.
  • Career Opportunities: Upon graduation, cadets are commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard, opening doors to diverse career paths in various fields.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical training is a core component of the ROTC program, ensuring that cadets maintain peak physical condition and are prepared for the physical demands of military service.
  • Mentorship and Support: Cadets receive guidance from experienced military officers and senior cadets, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed academically and professionally.

Life as a Cadet
Being an ROTC cadet is both challenging and rewarding. Cadets balance their academic responsibilities with rigorous military training, participating in leadership labs, field training exercises, and summer training programs. This holistic approach ensures that our graduates are not only academically accomplished but also ready to meet the demands of military service.

Commitment to Excellence
Army ROTC is more than a program; it is a pathway to excellence. Our cadets exemplify the values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. These values guide them throughout their college experience and their military careers, making them exemplary leaders and role models.

Join us in our mission to develop the leaders of tomorrow. Whether you aspire to a military career or simply want to enhance your leadership skills, Army ROTC provides the tools, training, and opportunities to succeed.
