Do you enjoy the outdoors? Are you interested in conservation and sustainability? Are you looking for a way to get involved and invest in the community? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join the Green Council!

We are a group of students who care deeply about the environment. We do community service projects with local groups. Some groups we work with are the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks and Missouri Stream Team. Each semester, we take group tours of places like Wonders of Wildlife and the Underground Jordan Creek.

HOW TO JOIN

You can join by emailing greencouncil@otc.edu. Membership is free and open to all Ozarks Tech students.

Membership Perks:

  • A letter of recommendation will be granted to those who participate in three or more Green Council projects.

  • Club t-shirts available

  • Networking with other students who care about the environment
