You must apply to graduate, even if you do not intend to walk in the graduation ceremony, in order to receive your diploma or transfer to another institution.
Before you complete the application for graduation, you should review your degree audit in the student planning tab on myOTC. Double-check that the correct program of study is listed and that you have either completed or are in progress in all courses required to complete your program. If you have questions about your degree audit please contact your assigned advisor.
Applications are due:
- April 1 (to graduate after the spring semester)
- July 1 (to graduate after the summer semester)
- November 1 (to graduate after the fall semester)
The USDE requires all students graduating from OTC who have borrowed from the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFEL) or Direct Loan Program to complete student loan exit counseling. Click here for more information.
As a graduate of OTC, you are automatically a member of the OTC Alumni Association. You are very important to us.
