The Early Childhood Education Center Work Study Kitchen Assistant is responsible for working cooperatively with the Center staff to assist with the preparation and cleanup of daily meals for the Early Childhood Education Center.  Some duties would include assisting with preparation of breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, according to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP); complying with all requirements as designated by the Missouri State Department of Health and Senior Services including sanitation, child care licensure, and CACFP guidelines.

• Required enrollment as a degree-seeking student; no completed degrees or certifications required.
