Position Description:

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Review admissions applications to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Compare applicant data with existing records to identify potential matches or duplicates.
  • Generate data quality assurance reports and make appropriate adjustments to student records.
  • Process incoming high school transcripts to student accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Utilize several different programs and softwares for record keeping and data cleanup.
  • Assist with other Registrar’s Office or Student Affairs projects as needed.

Requirements

Skills/Abilities:

  • Computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office products mandatory
  • Flexibility to learn new processes and software
  • Data entry and word processing with a high level of accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Time management

Work Experience:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Enrolled at OTC and meets federal work study requirements
