Job Title: Student Success Representative

Requirements

Skills/Abilities:

The Student Success Representative – Work Study will be responsible for assisting in the flow of foot and phone traffic, aiding the Call Center, Live Chat, and directing walk-in appointments to the correct location when appropriate.

This position will also assist with other duties as needed, such as calling campaigns, helping make appointments with navigators and/or admissions counselors, helping students complete an OTC application and FAFSA, among other tasks.

Work Experience:

  • Mandatory:
    • Professional work habits (reliable, team player, willingness to learn, customer-first attitude, friendly)
    • Computer literacy
    • Strong verbal and written skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Desirable:
    • Work experience in customer-service positions (e.g. retail, food/hospitality)
    • Work experience in businesses/offices that require a high level of confidentiality and privacy.

Education:

  • 2.5 minimum GPA
